Red Balloon Aerospace was founded by Dr. -Ing. C. V. S. Kiran, and Sireesh Pallikonda aerospace veterans with decades of experience across ISRO, HAL, SES, and Skyroot Aerospace. Having witnessed the limitations of satellites, drones, and traditional logistics systems in addressing persistent connectivity, ISR, and remote access challenges, they envisioned a new class of stratospheric systems purpose-built for India and emerging markets.
